Description
This cloche hat is made from 100% up-cycled cashmere fiber, then hand felted and shaped to dry. It features specially hand sew floral embellishment that makes it a unique one of a kind creation.
This hat is 21 inches so it will fit at least one inch either side of 21″ and still fit nicely. It is quite stretchy. Please see measuring instructions.
